Daily tasks:
• Assisting Report Review / Department
• Communication with Network Physician Offices
• Follow up with Physician Offices for Reports
• Procurement of Diagnostic Service Prescriptions
• Distribution of Invoices processed by Accounting Department
• Distribution of Hard Copy Medical Reports of Examination
Assisting Records Department:
• Follow up calls on records not yet received
• Copy/Shred Medical Records
• Rearranging medical records in chronological order
Requirements:
• Proficiency w/ computer programs (particularly Microsoft products)
• Dependable
• Detail-orientation
